What Is An Update or Support Request?

Google rewards fresh content. So do your customers. Our plans make requesting updates dead simple — send us your changes and we handle the rest quickly and professionally.

Life isn’t always predictable — and neither is your content. If you occasionally go over your plan’s monthly allotment, don’t sweat it. We look at the big picture over the course of the year, not a single busy month. If your needs are consistently outgrowing your plan, we’ll talk about moving you up to the next level. We’ll always be straight with you about it.

Most requests are turned around the same business day. More complex updates may take a day or two — and if that’s the case, we’ll tell you upfront. If we need clarification, more time, or if the scope of a request calls for a separate bid, you’ll hear from us right away. No guessing, no radio silence.

The Essential, Standard, and Advanced plans are built around a single website. If we’re managing multiple sites for you — or you’re running a WordPress Multisite network — we’ll put together a Custom plan that makes sense for your situation and bundles everything into one fair annual price.

Our team is available 5am – 5pm Alaska time. Communication through Basecamp is always preferred and thanks to the marvels of modern apps, we’ll probably see your message no matter where we are.

We’ll be sad to see you go — but we get it. Needs change. If you ever decide to move on, we’ll work with your new team to make the handoff as clean as possible. Cancel in the first six months and we’ll refund 50% of your annual fee. Cancel in the second half and we’ll prorate the remaining time. Just let us know, request your refund, and we’ll take care of the rest.

We’re in this for the long haul — but only when it’s working for both sides. If we ever determine that we aren’t the right fit, we’ll say so directly, help you find your footing with a new team, and refund whatever time is left on your contract. Clean, fair, and handled with respect.

A Quick Note On Our Limits

We work hard to keep your site fast, secure, and running smoothly — but WordPress, plugins, and hosting platforms are built and maintained by third parties, which means we can’t guarantee a perfect experience 100% of the time. What we can guarantee is that if something goes wrong, we’ll work alongside you to make it right. We also can’t be responsible for issues caused by client-made edits to the site. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
