Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the website or engaging the services of Andrsn Dev, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. SERVICES
Andrsn Dev, LLC provides website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and related digital services. The specific scope of services, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement will be outlined in a separate proposal or service agreement provided to the client prior to work beginning.
2. PAYMENT
Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement or invoice. All fees are due as specified. Andrsn Dev, LLC reserves the right to suspend services on any account that becomes past due. Annual service plans are billed on a recurring basis and will renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
3. ANNUAL SERVICE PLANS
Annual Website Service Plans have a minimum commitment of six months. Cancellation terms, refund eligibility, and transition support are outlined in your service agreement. Andrsn Dev, LLC reserves the right to terminate a service plan if we determine the working relationship is no longer a good fit. In such cases, we will provide advance notice, assist with transition to a new provider, and issue a prorated refund for any remaining time on the plan.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon receipt of final payment, the client owns the content and design of their completed website. Andrsn Dev, LLC retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Any third-party themes, plugins, stock photography, or software used in the project remain subject to their respective licensing agreements.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and necessary approvals to keep projects moving forward. Andrsn Dev, LLC is not responsible for project delays caused by lack of client response or late delivery of content. Clients are also responsible for any damage to their website caused by their own edits or actions.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Andrsn Dev, LLC builds and manages websites on third-party platforms including WordPress and various hosting providers. We do not warrant that your website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times. While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your site, we cannot guarantee absolute security or uptime. Andrsn Dev, LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements or that results obtained from the use of our services will be accurate or reliable.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the working relationship and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the State of Alaska.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
Andrsn Dev, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
