Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 3, 2025

Rocket Drift (“the App”) is developed and published by Andrsn Dev (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

Rocket Drift itself does not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information. However, the App uses certain third-party services to improve functionality, measure usage, and serve ads.

These services may automatically collect limited, anonymous information such as:

  • Device identifiers (for example, an anonymous Firebase installation ID)
  • IP address
  • App usage data (such as screens viewed, time spent, and crashes)
  • Interaction with ads

This information is used only to understand general app usage trends and deliver ads appropriately. None of this data is linked to your identity or used for cross-app or cross-site tracking.

2. Game Data

The App may store minimal game-related data (such as your high score or preferences) locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and cannot be accessed by us.

3. Third-Party Services

Rocket Drift uses the following third-party services:

Google AdMob – for displaying advertisements within the App.

AdMob may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to deliver personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your device settings.

👉 About Google Ads

You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device’s privacy or ad settings.

Google Firebase Analytics – for anonymous app usage analytics.

Firebase helps us understand how the App is used (for example, how often it’s opened or which screens are most visited).

  • Data is collected using anonymous identifiers (not linked to your identity).
  • Data is used only for analytics—to improve gameplay and user experience.
  • No cross-app or cross-site tracking occurs.

For more details, see:
👉 Firebase Privacy and Security

4. EU & UK Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)

If you access or use Rocket Drift from the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, your personal information is handled in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) (“GDPR”) and the UK GDPR.

Lawful Basis for Processing
We rely on one or more of the following legal bases to process limited, anonymous data as described in this policy:

  • Legitimate interests – to maintain, improve, and secure the App and to measure aggregated usage for analytics.
  • Consent – for any optional features (such as personalized advertising) that depend on user-granted permissions or ad-tracking settings.

Data Minimization and Retention
We collect only the minimum amount of information necessary to provide and improve the App.
Anonymous analytics data is retained by Google Firebase in accordance with Google’s own retention policies, and advertising data by Google AdMob under their terms. We do not store or process any personally identifiable information on our own servers.

International Data Transfers
Because we use Google Firebase and AdMob (operated by Google LLC in the United States), limited data may be transferred outside the EEA/UK.
Google participates in the EU–U.S. and UK Data Privacy Frameworks, which provide an approved mechanism for such transfers.

Your Rights (EEA/UK Users)
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access and receive a copy of any personal data processed about you;
  • Request correction or deletion of your data;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing;
  • Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent).

Because Rocket Drift itself does not store identifiable data, most such requests must be directed to the relevant third-party service (e.g., Google). However, you may contact us at 📧 info@andrsn.dev and we will assist where possible or refer your request appropriately.

EU/UK Representative
If required by law, we may designate an EU/UK representative to act on our behalf for data-protection inquiries. Details will be provided upon request.

5. Children’s Privacy

Rocket Drift is designed for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we become aware that a child has provided personal information to us or our partners, we will take steps to delete it immediately.

For more details on how Google handles ads for children, see:
👉 AdMob and Families Policy

6. Your Consent

By using Rocket Drift, you consent to this Privacy Policy and to the processing of your data by the third-party services described above in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
