Every service plan comes with content maintenance built in — starting with our Essential plan and scalable from there. WordPress makes it easy to update your own site, and we’ll show you how if you want. But most of our clients just send us a message in Basecamp and let us handle it. Fresh content is good for your customers and great for Google — either way, we’ve got you covered.

Keeping WordPress, plugins, and PHP current isn’t glamorous — but it’s critical. We run safe monthly updates and visually test your site before and after every change, so nothing slips through the cracks and your site keeps looking exactly the way it should.

We watch your site around the clock. If something goes down, we know about it immediately and we’re already working on it before you ever notice.

Your entire WordPress site is backed up every week — files, database, everything. If something ever goes sideways, we can have you restored and back online in minutes.

SSL certificates don’t manage themselves — but ours do. We monitor and renew yours automatically, keeping your site secure, your visitors protected, and Google happy.

Google Analytics gives you a clear picture of who’s visiting your site and how they’re finding you. We get it set up and hand you the keys — the data is yours. Want to dig deeper into the numbers? We can point you in a direction and get you started, but we might connect you with someone that’s way better at deciphering the data.

Annual Renewal

Once you’re in, you’re covered. Your annual service plan renews automatically each year — you’ll receive an invoice by email just before your renewal date with no surprises. Just consistent, reliable service continuing right where it left off.

If You Need To Leave

We have a six-month minimum commitment, and we’re confident you’ll want to stay long past that. But if something changes and you need to move on, we’ll make the transition as smooth as possible — no hard feelings, no runaround. Cancel in the first six months and we’ll refund 50% of your annual fee. Cancel in the second half of your contract year and we’ll send a prorated refund for the remaining time. We want the relationship to work both ways.

We got into this business to serve our clients well — and that only works when it’s a good fit on both sides. If we ever determine that we aren’t the right team for you, we’ll be upfront about it, work with your new provider to ensure a clean handoff, and send a prorated refund for any remaining time in your plan. No drama. Just respect.
